Head of Talent Acquisition


  • A leading international fintech company is looking for Head of Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for organizing all recruitment and employer branding activities and processes and manage the team of talent specialists. You will develop recruitment procedures and regulations and actively takes part in the development of all the processes in the area.
  • €4000 - 6000 net
  • In charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition team (6+ employees) and all recruitment processes and strategies
  • Effectively manage the Company headcount growth requirements, providing the Company with professional and experienced staff
  • Responsible for all recruitment activities (incl. HR branding) to ensure all vacancies are filled in a timely and cost-effective way
  • Collaborate and assist hiring managers and teams to create/improve hiring needs, position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements
  • Work cooperatively with all members of HR team to develop and implement hiring plans and activities
  • Manage and broaden recruitment resources e.g. actively collaborate with recruitment agencies to define optimal strategy to work with them
  • Develop company HR brand, ensure that brand promotion activities are in line with the corporate goals and targets
  • Improve career page on Company web-site, manage Social Media sources for HR branding and ensure that all the communication pieces reflect the company strategy and plans
Key requirements:
  • 5+ years working in recruitment area in IT companies, previous managerial experience is a must;
  • Completed work on international recruitment projects, solid experience in working with senior executives;
  • Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle;
  • Result oriented and people focused;
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal clients and outside vendors;
  • Ability to take initiative and to work with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word;
  • Spoken and written English language – fluent level.
