Solution
Within two weeks, we launched a full-scale Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) project. Our embedded recruiters became a seamless part of the client’s internal hiring operations — working directly with hiring managers, including C-level stakeholders, and taking full ownership of both inbound and outbound recruitment efforts. We acted as a true extension of the internal team, using both our own sourcing tools and the client’s platforms. In many cases, hiring managers didn’t realize they were working with external partners.
